We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.

About the Role

As an Autism Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver behavior-analytic services and support clients in achieving their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and group ABA services and programs as instructed by clinical supervisors
  • Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on programming as directed by clinical supervisors
  • Maintaining professional interactions with families and clients
  • Assisting with pick-up and drop-off of clients
  • Adhering to behavior intervention plans accurately and appropriately
  • Performing basic childcare responsibilities, including personal care and toileting
  • Facilitating independence in daily living skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance practices
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols
  • Flexibility in scheduling to prioritize services for clients
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Active RBT certification through the BACB (training provided)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associates degree or higher in a human services field (preferred)
