Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Management Experience: 2 years management or supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in casual dining or full-service restaurant management.
  • Certifications: ServSafe, local and state certifications, local bartending license, or the ability to obtain required.
  • Leadership and Time Management: Proven leadership and time management skills.
  • Food Handling: Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures.
  • Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
  • Age and Physical Requirements: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and able to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
