Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server Assistant to join our team at Auberge Resorts. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Support servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
  • Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
