About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be located on the West Coast and have a proven track record of selling to large enterprises in the Bay Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the development and execution of their sales strategy in their territory, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new Fortune 1000 opportunities to achieve quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Build strategic working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of face-to-face contact.
- Analyze potential sales opportunities by using data analysis and segmented research to identify the attributes most valued by our potential clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and maintain a client database.
We offer a competitive compensation package, with expected On-Target Cash Earnings between $300,000-$350,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education/training.
