Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Sign Fabrication Specialist will be responsible for transforming various materials into distinctive signage elements, including letters, retainers, background panels, and post-and-panel signs, while executing additional fabrication tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment:

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional representations.
  • Experience operating metal fabrication machinery, including forming or rolling aluminum, and proficiency in spot welding.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation.
  • Welding certification is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members as well as work independently.
  • Capability to stand and walk within a 200 ft. radius for 8-10 hours per day.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry weights ranging from 50 to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain proper posture while reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Ability to reach horizontally across a work surface beyond 12 inches from the body up to full extension.
