Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing activities, including showings and lease signings
• Tenant orientations and move-in processes
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving resident concerns
• Collaborating with the property manager and other team members to achieve occupancy and rental goals

Requirements:

• One year or more of experience in a leasing or customer service role
• Strong communication and sales skills, with a proven track record of success
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with ease
