KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments, documenting findings according to established templates.
- Provide treatment sessions within the patients' homes.
- Educate parents and develop home care plans.
- Execute physical therapy procedures, including measurements, evaluations, and diagnostic tests in the home setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Physical Therapy license in good standing within the state of practice.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Must possess a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
- Capability to perform home visits and deliver physical therapy evaluations and treatments effectively, ensuring timely documentation.
- Experience in early intervention is preferred.
