About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with teachers to design and implement a stimulating curriculum that meets the unique needs of our Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Support the implementation of our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting your approach to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, always putting the needs of our children first.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and milestones.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in childcare or a demonstrable passion for early childhood education is preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.
