About the Job

This is a hybrid role where you'll spend 50% of your time in Salesforce Administration and 50% in Sales Operations Analysis. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and track key sales metrics (e.g., sales cycle length, win rate, quota attainment).
  • Support sales rep territory management and account assignment in Salesforce.
  • Owning Salesforce data quality and governance, and developing processes to improve and maintain data quality.
  • Proactively identifying processes for checks and balances for data ingestion, independently surface data issues, identify root causes, recommend, and implement solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Salesforce Administration, strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and the platform, with proficiency in permission sets, formula fields, flows, custom objects, and other content of intermediate complexity.

You should also have strong data management abilities and experience managing data quality, strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs, charts), experience in managing integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party applications, ability to meet deadlines, manage projects, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

A comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and wearing many hats, strong attention to detail with an ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, and strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
