Your role in making a difference:
As a Senior Resident Care Assistant, you will adopt a resident-focused approach, treating each individual with the utmost respect, regardless of their health challenges. This position collaborates closely with the Resident Care Coordinator to supervise and guide our team of Resident Assistants, ensuring that safe and high-quality care is consistently provided to all residents. If you possess prior experience as a Resident Assistant and have strong leadership capabilities, we would be eager to connect with you.
This is a full-time role, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts available from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm. Some holiday coverage may be necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- A minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or a related healthcare field is required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions is essential.
