Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor will play a critical role in managing store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth. This individual will assist the General Manager and Assistant Managers in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating our Core Values of Service, Passion, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
  • Inventory and Merchandising: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels, as well as ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience preferred, with a focus on hardware or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

Pay range: $16.00-$18.00 per hour.
