  • Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, status updates, and negotiations.
  • Case Evaluation: Assist attorneys in evaluating the merits of a case, identifying its strengths and weaknesses.
  • Records Maintenance: Ensure that all case management systems and databases are updated regularly with the latest information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the litigation team in the event a case proceeds to court, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry best practices, legal decisions, and regulations relevant to pre-litigation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
