What We're Looking For:Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program
  • Registration in Indiana within 12 months
  • Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical and emotional demands of a veterinary hospital environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Teaching and computer experience
  • Experience in a veterinary practice or teaching hospital
  • Experience in emergency, multispecialty veterinary hospital or teaching hospital
  • Experience in general practice
Additional Information:
  • 8- or 10-hour workdays, totaling 40 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Participation in holiday coverage rotation and after-hours on-call
