Job Summary:

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Services Manager to oversee the dining services department at a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the food service program and provide leadership and support to staff
• Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment
• Responsible for training, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards

Requirements:
• Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred
• Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision desired
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
