Assistant Store Leader

**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Inspiring and developing your team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Implementing high customer service standards throughout the store and team
- Creating relationships with our guests and encouraging suggestive selling to maximize revenue
- Maintaining a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards
- Giving constructive feedback on product sell-through to the Store Manager
- Mentoring and developing team members through clear communication and education
**Requirements:**
- 1-2 years retail apparel experience
- Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with and/or managing inventory
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong retail business acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
