As a seasoned Systems Safety Analysis professional, you will play a critical role in the development of certification artifacts and analyses for the System Safety Analysis document. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting systems safety analyses, developing certification and development assurance deliverables, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Hazard Assessment, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis to identify potential safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain system level requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems models and tools.
• Develop and implement certification criteria and methods with regulatory agencies, ensuring cost-effective and creative solutions.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in systems safety analysis and flight controls.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety and assurance processes.
• Strong understanding of CAFTA and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Work On:

Multiple projects, including the 777X/MAX and primary flight functions, auto-flight. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
