Position Summary:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our financial planning and analysis capabilities, providing opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting and performance analysis for key strategic initiatives, including the creation of revenue and cost models.
  • Engage with various departmental stakeholders to establish competitive pricing for new offerings.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Senior Finance Director to coordinate budgeting and reporting timelines.
  • Conduct EBITDA and price/volume/mix analyses for monthly operational reviews.
  • Develop revenue forecasting models for diverse product lines and facilitate an ongoing reforecasting process.
  • Support the Financial Analyst in meeting regular commercial reporting requirements and managing weekly forecasting discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings in logistics, direct materials, and indirect expenditures.
  • Manage data flow and reporting processes using data warehouse and PowerBI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting.
  • Familiarity with financial close and reporting cycles.
  • Proficient in data analysis and able to support conclusions with robust data.
  • Experience handling large datasets.
  • Knowledge of revenue and cash flow modeling.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience in equipment manufacturing or service business models is beneficial.
  • Experience with new product launches and business case development is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A curious and humble approach to learning and development.
