Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

GeoSolutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales revenues, nurturing customer relationships, and providing onsite support and training to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales presentations and customer meetings to contractor and engineering client base within the territory.
  • Work with manufacturer/vendors to develop territory-specific value proposition at a product and/or industry level.
  • Successfully implement bid strategies to close business with customers.
  • Promote, manage, sell, and service high-value projects within the territory.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute annual business development plan.
  • Establish and achieve both financial and non-financial goals for the territory on an annual basis.
  • Nurture contractor/customer relationships across various industry sectors to create trusted business advisor relationships.
  • Provide onsite assistance as required and capture product installation and post-construction footage for promotional/marketing purposes.
  • Work with Operations Team to assist in maintaining proper inventory levels at the stocking warehouse.
  • Generate and maintain a key project/sales pipeline list in company CRM.
  • Nurture existing resellers and network company product/service to new resellers in territory.

Requirements:

  • Five to ten years of work experience in the construction industry.
  • BS in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial).
  • Minimum five years of proven sales experience preferred.
  • At least three years in outside sales.
  • Proficiency in data entry/organization via CRM platform (Salesforce experience preferred).
