Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Team Lead - Prime Logistics to lead our night fleet dispatch team and drive success through efficient operations and effective communication. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the night fleet dispatch team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Analyze dispatch information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with drivers, Day Fleet Manager, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of driver performance, accidents, and other key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with Federal DOT regulations, hazardous material hauling, HOS, accident reporting, and driver personnel records to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in continuing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Availability to work at least 48 hours per week, including overnights and weekends.


The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
