About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Lynn, Massachusetts. This is a 24-hour per week position with flexible scheduling.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure: Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
