As an integral member of the project management team, your responsibilities will include generating regular budgets and reports, analyzing project performance against forecasts, and presenting your findings to stakeholders, including senior management.   • Conduct thorough analysis of accruals, invoices, variances, and cost accounting related to materials and labor.
  • Develop and implement standardized cost processes and practices to ensure that design and construction projects remain within authorized budgets.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, project/construction management, or a related discipline is required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project controls, cost management, or a comparable position is necessary.
  • Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies, as well as schedule and cost control tools and software, is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment, are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and SAP, is required.
  • Experience with EcoSys is necessary.
Additional Requirements Physical: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods; must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally and spending prolonged hours in front of a computer screen. Cognitive: Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; adeptness with computer software; and the ability to read and interpret text both online and in printed form.
