Job Title: Registered Nurse

Mountain Ridge Center - Franklin, NH is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
