Job Title: Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Monadnock Community Hospital.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room, scrubbing and circulating on all routine and emergent cases in Orthopedic, General, Gynecological, and C-Sections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Orthopedic cases and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Scrub and circulate on all routine and emergent cases in Orthopedic, General, Gynecological, and C-Sections
  • Provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and successful surgeries
  • Float to PACU as needed and be willing to work 2 out of 3 holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an RNFA
  • High proficiency/experience in Ortho cases
  • Ability to scrub and circulate on all varied cases (total joints, spine, general, OB/GYN)
  • Willingness to float to PACU and work holidays
