About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will work with at-risk youth and their families to provide individualized treatment plans and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for at-risk youth
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to youth and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs
  • Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Masters or better in a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Current licensure as a therapist in the state of Texas
  • At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth and their families
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
