MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our team at a prestigious acute-care hospital in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:- Treatment Delivery: Administer customized radiation therapy treatments in close coordination with the oncology team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Patient Education: Educate and support patients throughout the treatment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Therapy Administration: Carry out radiation treatments based on the individualized plans prescribed for each patient.
- ARRT Certification: Must hold certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Texas Medical Board MRT Certification: Required.
- CPR-BLS Certification: Must possess current Basic Life Support certification.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Radiologic Technologist in Texas.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating linear accelerators, CT scanners, and related computer systems.
