Responsibilities
  • Wash and Sanitize Equipment and Utensils: Wash all wares in a dishwashing machine or by hand according to applicable food safety and other codes and regulations.
  • Polish and Clean Silverware and Equipment: Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintain Kitchen Areas: Collect trash from kitchen areas; empty garbage cans and wash and re-line with new bags; break down boxes, and crates, and remove debris.
  • Clean and Sanitize Kitchen Areas: Wash and clean receiving, trash, and other kitchen-related areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Licenses and Special Requirements
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification.
