Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including the dishroom, kitchen, and dining areas.
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
  • Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment.
  • Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
  • Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
  • Focus on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind.
  • Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols.
