Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join the team as Chief of Anesthesia at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 26 anesthetists. The established practice is a sister site to AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Carrollwood.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and staff development
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attending recruiting events
- Liaison with hospital leaders
- Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
- Participate in leadership and development activities
- Performance reviews and orientation of new hires
- 6 physicians, 26 anesthetists
- Start date bonus
