Job Summary:

As an Overnight Floor Associate at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a vital role in maintaining the neat and clean environment of our clubs. Your responsibilities will include stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food, ensuring that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. You will also be responsible for maintaining display signage for all products, creating labels and/or applying merchandise sales tags to items, and ensuring all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club.
  • Maintains display signage for all products.
  • Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.

Requirements:

  • Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
  • Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Work Environment:

  • Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces.
  • May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
  • Usually in a comfortable indoor environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment that may require shouting in order to be heard.

Compensation:

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $15.50.
