Job Summary

Palmetto Moon is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all brands and products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Replenish sales floor as needed, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Effectively handle multiple customers, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with associates and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Package customer merchandise with care, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Minimize shortage and maintain inventory levels, adhering to company standards.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers, providing exceptional service and building relationships.
  • Dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts, willing to work varying hours and days.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction, adapting to changing store needs and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical Requirements: ability to bend, twist, stoop, and stand on feet for long periods, lift materials up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
