About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caring Professional to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing heartfelt care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry. They will also be expected to engage with residents, promote a dignified caring atmosphere, and ensure a safe and secure environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with all activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene
• Interact with residents at all levels of care, demonstrating empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect
• Observe and report any changes in residents' health and emotional well-being to supervisors
• Serve and assist residents in the dining room during meals
• Participate in leisure activities and provide opportunities for socialization and engagement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents
• Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned
• Ensure a dignified caring atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and associates

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and one to two years of related experience in a caregiving role is preferred. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
