The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the eyewear industry and possess strong communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette. You will also be familiar with electronic communication methods such as email, instant messaging, and chat services.
In this role, you will prioritize and problem-solve customer issues and concerns, manage customer late lists, move late jobs through the lab, and communicate with customers. You will also perform other duties within the customer service department or other areas as assigned, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices.
