Position Overview: Outdoor Residential Youth Counselor
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk teenage girls? Eckerd Connects' Camp E-Nini-Hassee is seeking dedicated individuals who hold a bachelor's degree and thrive in outdoor settings.
Location: Floral City, Florida
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily hygienic supervision and emotional support for girls aged 12 to 17.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and lead engaging outdoor activities such as canoeing, hiking, and ropes courses.
Benefits Offered:

Compensation Package: Up to $38,000, inclusive of base salary and accommodations.
Key Duties:

- Ability to commit to a 24-hour, five-day work schedule.
