Team Leader

ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Accountable for all activities during your shift, including achieving company targets related to inventory, labor, and cash management, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must exemplify leadership by enforcing all company policies and procedures and ensuring team members adhere to them.
IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:
  • Ability to meet cost control and service goals.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adherence to safety and security measures.
  • Maintenance of store cleanliness and organizational standards.
  • A long-term perspective.
  • Proficiency in various technologies including email, mobile applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality products.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
TRAINEES WILL GAIN EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Monitoring and reporting on Food Cost Variance.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Must have fewer than three moving violations in the past three years.
  • Must have no recent drug or alcohol-related driving offenses.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Proficient in basic arithmetic.
  • Accurate handling of financial transactions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and equipment.

  • Able to receive and process orders efficiently.
