We are seeking a qualified Electrical Technician to become a vital member of our Maintenance team at Kalmbach Feeds. In this role, you will be tasked with the installation, testing, and upkeep of electrical systems and equipment within our production facilities, ensuring alignment with our operational objectives. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of collaborating effectively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, components, and fixtures.
- Ensure all electrical equipment complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct rigging tasks and adhere to safety protocols.
- Exhibit proficient use of workshop tools and possess mechanical expertise.
- Skilled in programming Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and diagnosing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of four years of electrical experience or equivalent educational background.
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment assessments.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Aspirations to excel in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
