Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels
  • Evaluate and quantify project costs and anticipated benefits
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and provide regular updates on progress
  • Forecast resource needs, balance workloads, and plan capacities
  • Develop and share the Intelligent Automation roadmap with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison for a centralized IT project management office
  • Collaborate with various technology teams to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or product management
  • Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation concepts, including Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code development initiatives
  • Proficient in comprehensive development practices, including risk management, compliance, and audit
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence is advantageous
  • Experience with Microsoft M365 products is beneficial
  • Background in Product Management, Scrum Master roles, and Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across teams
  • Self-motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Customer-centric approach, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities
