Position Summary: We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven Motorclothes and Apparel Sales Specialist. If you possess the confidence to sell, enjoy the prospect of earning unlimited commissions on products you are passionate about, excel in customer service, and have a love for riding, this role may be an ideal fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital part of the dealership, enhancing customer service, managing reputation, driving profitability, and creating an enjoyable shopping atmosphere.
  • Encourage customers to consider additional items and complementary products.
  • Ensure a visually appealing and welcoming retail space by understanding customer preferences.
  • Project a positive image to customers at all times.
  • Communicate current sales promotions and new merchandise effectively.
  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Organize and display merchandise as needed.
  • Notify customers regarding special orders or back-ordered items.
  • Maintain organized displays throughout the store.
  • Keep customers informed about their orders and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise and provide fashion advice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales is required.
  • Familiarity with inventory stocking and organization.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Capability to look up parts and provide accurate pricing using the appropriate catalogs.
  • Experience with dealer management tools, such as CDK and Lightspeed.
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach and respond positively in challenging situations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
  • Attention to detail and a quick learning ability regarding various parts.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
