Position Overview:
The Program Site Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to program standards for Before & After School initiatives. This role involves overseeing staff, facilitating communication between school officials and area supervisors, and designing structured educational and recreational activities tailored to various age groups. The Program Site Manager serves as a positive influence and role model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to students, families, colleagues, and school officials.
- Maintain precise records related to billing, attendance, and health/safety protocols.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure effective child supervision and activity execution.
- Address the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and foster positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for parents, school administration, and students.
- Exemplify positive behavior and encourage responsibility among children.
Qualifications:
- Child Care Directors Credential and a minimum of 2 years of management experience in childcare.
- Completion of 45 hours of Child Care Training.
- 1-2 years of experience working with children.
- At least 6 months in a supervisory capacity.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Expectations:

- Participate in scheduled shifts and team meetings.
- Assist with facility upkeep as needed.
- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.

Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $17 per hour, with bi-weekly payment.
