Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, focusing on promoting a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers and their families.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
- $1578 weekly pay rate.
- 36 hours of scheduled work per week.
- 12-hour night shifts.
- 13-week contract.
