Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at StaffEZ. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting students with speech and language impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs that address students' speech and language goals.
  • Speech and Language Therapy: Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions, to improve their communication skills.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to provide consultation and support on speech and language-related issues.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and provide regular reports to parents and educators.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Above: A master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required.
  • TN Licensed Speech/Language Pathologist (ASHA CCC): Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Tennessee and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
