Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Sevierville, TN

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Sevierville, TN. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide essential diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with communication disorders, collaborating closely with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to assess speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet students' educational and communication goals.
  • Deliver effective therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapy interventions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Current Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
