Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at NW Staffing Resources. As a key member of our identity theft and fraud protection customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients over the phone and via email.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the flow of identity theft victim inquiries, including communications regarding billing, account updates, and overall questions or concerns.
- Handle high call volumes and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- 2+ years' experience in a call center environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve conflicts.
