Guest Advocate

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues, and promoting services and offerings. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, ensuring every guest feels welcome, inspired, and rewarded.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, promoting services and offerings, and educating them on products and features.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times, maintaining accuracy and quality while scanning and bagging guest items.
• Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area, gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers.
• Stock supplies during store open hours, remaining available for guests.
• Support guest services, including Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Drive Up Returns, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail while multitasking, with the ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to educate guests and engage around products and services.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements, with the ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
