Position Summary:

As a Snow Production Technician, you will face the elements head-on to enhance the mountain experience for our skiing patrons. This role involves physically demanding tasks and the operation of advanced snowmaking machinery to ensure optimal snow conditions.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $22.04 per hour
  • Availability: Full Time
    • Possible shifts include Day, Swing, or Night; work may be required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience Level: Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate all snowmaking machinery.
  • Drive various vehicles, including snowmobiles, with safety as a priority.
  • Conduct basic maintenance on snowmaking equipment.
  • Contribute to snow production to create the finest skiing surfaces for our guests.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license without restrictions.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge and skills with hand tools.
  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in alpine conditions.

The anticipated pay range is $22.04 per hour. This represents the compensation we expect for this role, with individual pay decisions influenced by various factors.
