We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Wellington. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Assist in coordinating and staffing schedules to ensure the cleaning of offices, public spaces, and residential apartments.
  • Cleaning Operations: Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly in accordance with department guidelines and assure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA and other relevant rules and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory control systems for all supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Resident Services: Conduct inspections of offices, common space, guestrooms, and residential apartments.
  • Team Collaboration: Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns and assist in developing and monitoring the housekeeping department budget.
Requirements
  • Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: The ability to speak and understand the English language.
  • Personal Attributes: Team player, positive attitude.
