Industrial Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Industrial Territory Sales Manager to join our team in North Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize cold calling and other sales techniques to generate new leads and expand existing business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales leadership, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and insights to management, highlighting customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of success in outside/traveling sales.
- Prior experience in territorial sales is preferred.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to utilize Salesforce.com and other web-based sales applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
- Bonus structure tied to individual and company performance.
