About the RoleThe Clinical Nutrition Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the provision of clinical nutrition services to our patients. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of registered dietitians, registered dietitian specialists, and infant nutrition techs, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure the integrity and scientific foundation of clinical nutrition services.
- Collect and analyze data to track daily operations, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate the outcomes of performance measurements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize the expectations of individuals and the team, ensuring that everyone is working towards a common goal.
- Deliver measurable results on time and within budget, driving continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of clinical nutrition services.
