Overview

Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

ACS is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our team. This individual will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement complex control systems for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control systems for R&D and production equipment
  • Program and integrate Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
  • Collaborate with engineers to review control system architecture and design specifications
  • Develop and review wiring schematics and control panel layout drawings
  • Assist with specifying instrumentation and controls equipment for projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with PLC programming and control systems
  • Knowledge of control signals and basic signal circuit design
  • Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD Electrical preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
