Job Title: Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our U.S. Power Transformers team at WEG Transformers USA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing orders, and representing WEG at various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries during order processing and ensure timely order entry and acknowledgment.
  • Coordinate with the Production Scheduling Department to maintain quoted lead times and ensure compliance with inspection and design review requirements specified in contracts.
  • Submit all final contract documents, resolve open discussions on change orders or penalties, and verify payment collection.
  • Coordinate and support customer visits, conduct plant tours, and represent WEG at presentations and client dinners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Five (5) plus years of contract management experience.
  • Proficiency in order processing and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
