Job OverviewOur client is seeking a Senior Pricing Configuration Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. This is a fully remote position, requiring a strong understanding of pricing configuration and software applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare insurance, specifically PBMs, Medicare Advantage regulations, and HealthRules configuration. They will be responsible for analyzing internal workflows, setting up pharmacy benefits, networks, and pricing for employers, and testing new product configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal workflows and software applications to identify areas for improvement
  • Consult with users to clarify program objectives and create documentation to describe program development
  • Develop a deep understanding of system capabilities and evaluate requirements to determine configuration design
  • Provide analysis and documentation to support configuration management, design, and audits
  • Set up new products and test new product configurations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' configuration experience, with a focus on pricing
  • 2+ years' experience in HealthRules configuration
  • Experience with Pricing module in HRP
  • HRP upgrade experience preferred
